Most of the time many people are not waking up early in the morning and sometimes they have the problem in walking during sleep. Many times we listen about all these type of problems. Its major cause is the eating habits and lack of the food. As you done everything on time as the food demands timing in which it has to get digested. We mostly like to eat mid night and then the hormones stop functioning and the eaten food disturbing the stomach and also the sleep as well. When you go to sleep try always to keep your stomach empty. Because filled stomach will never let you sleep properly and make the stomach pain and other digestive problems. Try to eat 3, 4 hours before going to bed. Avoid the following food products that disturb your sleep during the night.

1.        All the fat items that increases your weight and disturbs the sleep.
2.        At night time avoid eating junk food and snacks these things are also difficult to digest at nighttime. But if you want to eat, then eat 2, 3 hours before going to bed, then it will not disturbs you during sleep.
3.        Caffeine and chocolate will also strongly harmful for digestive system at night time.

Its essential to fill up your eating habits to the healthier food. Take one bowl of yogurt before going to bed. And also the milk they help to digest the food which eaten the all day. So just follow up these food habits then you will be sleep restful and comfortably.
