Pakistani embassy arranged a get together in Pakistani embassy with local people to celebrate the chaand raat festival.the program is hosted by our american ambassador sheri rehman.some american officials and journalist participated in the event with their families and enjoy Pakistani festival of chaand raat.

Chaand raat festival starts right after the the aftar of last day of ramadan.large number of pakistai community living in united states joins chaand raat festival along with their families.ladies got gifts of bangles from pakistani embassy and also there is an arrangement of  mehndi designer for ladies.who designs a beautiful hina on girls hands and arms.
