any cleanser that contains fragrance, because it cause irritation and might
possibly be a harsh soap that will make your skin dry.

it on for a minute so it can gently exfoliate the skin. Salicylic or glycolic acid cleansers are mild
and more helpful than the grainy scrubs. And both offer anti- aging benefits
and help prevent breakouts too. Use the scrub on alternate days with your daily
face wash starting with three days a week. Stop using it. If you feel redness
and itching on your skin.
You want to keep your PH level balanced? A gentle toner
with the right cleanser will do that but you don’t need really this step. Its
optional, as an alcohol based toner strips off natural oils. So be careful when
getting a toner. It is ideal to use alcohol free ones.
