Get Glowing:
To smoothen rough and bumpy skin, begin to start drinking at least two liter water daily in a day. Then using a loofah or body and shower gel, give yourself good exfoliation using circular motions. This will prevent in-growing hair and slough away dead skin cells. While your skin is still damp, apply a rich moisturizer.

For the perfect prepare at home sun lotion, try this easy recipe. You need one chopped cucumber, ¼ cup glycerin and ¼ cup rose water. Squeeze cucumber and mix its juice with glycerin and rose water. Your lotion is ready, apply on hands and face before going out.
